They are manufactured according with the naval technical requirements and their sizing is in compliance with the Rules of the Italian Naval Register for pleasure-boats. The used material is our OT.MAN alloy with the following mechanical characteristics:
Rm>510 N/mm2 Rp 0.2%>200 N/mm2 A5d>22%
Base struts are supplied with Radice hydrolubrificated rubber bearings fitted in.
These are easily intechangeable by loosing the two lock-grains.
When ordering, please state:
A - shaft diameter (millimeters or inches)
H - abaft strut height
a - trim of the shaft-line referred to the keel
b - cross inclination of the keel (for twin-engine units)
